Can you ship what I bought in China?

Usually. Send the link or photo. We accept non-hazardous general goods from 30 kg after checking product, packing, documents and destination. No sensitive, dangerous, prohibited or undeclared goods.

What do you check at the China warehouse?

We open, match and count, record visible condition, then measure and weigh the packing. This is not functional or certification testing.

What does the final DDP price include?

It states transport, customs and tax handling, delivery point and exclusions. Once warehouse facts and delivery scope are confirmed, the approved price is final—no surprise surcharge or second bill.

Will the driver unload or carry it inside?

Only when written. Standard delivery ends at the quoted accessible point. Forklift, crane, unloading, indoor carry, stairs, unpacking and installation are extras unless quoted.

How will I know where my shipment is?

One contact sends every key update from warehouse receipt to delivery. These are milestone messages, not live GPS.
