Cargo Clearly is a China-to-Europe DDP freight forwarder for private buyers and businesses. We handle non-hazardous bulky goods from 30 kg to large orders. Machinery, commercial stock, furniture and building materials are examples—not a closed list.

ONE ITEM OR A LARGE ORDER. ONE SUPPLIER OR SEVERAL.

Small orders need no full container; large orders are welcome too. We give suppliers a China warehouse reference, match arrivals to your order and check ready dates before combining them. We explain any waiting or storage charges before you agree.

We concentrate our volume, EU VAT setup, Düsseldorf-area warehouse and final-mile network on Europe. For sea freight, Rotterdam and Antwerp are our customs gateways. The same system runs again and again—giving you sharper pricing, more predictable timing and clearer control at every handover.

DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. Your final quote combines the agreed transport, customs clearance, duties and VAT handling, and delivery to the quoted point in one price.

A port quote is not a delivered price. Supplier details give a first estimate. Before you approve the final DDP price, we confirm the packed dimensions and actual weight, full postcode, vehicle access and unloading plan. Same confirmed cargo, address and delivery plan: no surprise extras or second bill. If any of them changes, we quote again before moving it.

No deposit.

No deposit. We check packaging, package count, packed dimensions and weight at our China warehouse. You approve the final written price, then pay the full shipping charge when the goods are ready to dispatch.

For sea freight, payment is due when the goods are ready for container loading. Air and truck shipments are paid when ready to dispatch—not after delivery.

Yes—ask before buying. Send a link or photos and your postcode for a first estimate. We review machinery, commercial stock and other non-hazardous general goods, from 30 kg to large orders. No sensitive or dangerous goods; disclose batteries, liquids, powders, magnets and other controlled features.

When do I pay, and what if I don’t approve the final quote?

No deposit. We check the goods and packing at our China warehouse, then you approve the final written quote. Pay the full shipping charge when ready to dispatch—not after delivery. No approval, no dispatch. We explain return or transfer options and related charges before arranging them.

What does the final DDP price include, and can it change?

The final DDP quote lists the agreed transport, import clearance, duties and VAT handling, and delivery to the quoted point. For the same confirmed cargo, address and delivery plan, the approved price does not change. If any of them changes, we issue a new quote before moving it.

How the final DDP price is locked
Can you deliver to a home, shop or warehouse without a forklift?

Often, yes—tell us before pricing. We check the longest and heaviest package, road access and parking, then plan unloading with a tail lift, forklift, crane or another solution. The final quote states who unloads and where delivery ends; indoor carry and installation are not automatic.

How will I get updates, and what if something is missing or damaged?

One contact sends the key milestones; these are proactive updates, not live GPS. At delivery, count the packages, photograph visible damage, keep the packaging and delivery record, and contact us immediately. We compare the handover record with the China warehouse record and explain the next step.
