A FIRST QUOTE MAY MISS

A special vehicle, restricted access, unloading equipment or carrying goods inside may not be included in “door to door”.

WE CONFIRM BEFORE YOU PAY

Your full address, truck access, who unloads and the exact delivery point. A tail lift does not suit every crate. Indoor carry and installation are not automatic.

These are questions to check, not automatic extra charges. A low quote is not necessarily incomplete; ask what it includes.

For private buyers and businesses, from 30 kg to large orders: machinery, commercial stock and other accepted non-hazardous general goods—not sensitive or dangerous goods. The map follows sea freight; air and road use their own loading and border procedures.

NO DEPOSIT

We check first. You pay before dispatch.

No deposit. We check packaging, package count, packed dimensions and weight at our China warehouse. You approve the final written price, then pay the full shipping charge when the goods are ready to dispatch.

For sea freight, payment is due when the goods are ready for container loading. Air and truck shipments are paid when ready to dispatch—not after delivery.

CLEAR BEFORE YOU COMMIT

We check the whole delivery. Then we lock the price.

Supplier details give a first estimate. Warehouse measurements and your delivery plan give the final written quote. DDP means Delivered Duty Paid: agreed transport, import clearance, duties and VAT handling, and the quoted delivery point.

Same confirmed goods, address and delivery plan: no surprise extras or second bill.

If you change the goods or requested delivery, we explain and confirm a revised quote before proceeding. Unloading, indoor carry, installation and insurance count only when included in writing.

If you do not approve the final quote, we do not dispatch. We discuss return or transfer options and explain the related charges before arranging them. No deposit does not mean free storage or free returns, or payment after delivery.

Warehouse checks cover identity, quantity, visible condition and transport packing—not functional testing or certification. Key updates are not live GPS; arrival estimates are not guaranteed dates.
